Rob Tavi is the CEO of IBS Electronics Group, a top 50 global electronics distribution and supply chain company. 

As an innovative leader born into the electronics manufacturing industry, Tavi has lived through the digital evolution of electronic component distribution. Graduating from California State University-Long Beach with a Masters in Business Administration, Tavi's expertise in quality assurance, supply chain management and technology combined together with his leadership in the global deployment of Lean and Six Sigma, has enabled IBS to provide a competitive advantage to its customers by improving time-to-market, scalability, and efficiency.

Driving the growth of his global electronics distribution company, Rob has successfully expanded IBS Electronics Group over the past two decades to operations in 12 countries from Asia to the Americas, generating over $50MIL USD in annual revenue. Leveraging his skillset as a thought-leader in addition to a mamba mentality mindset, he strives to continuously improve to be the best version of himself as the leading visionary for IBS Electronics Group.
